# วิธียกเลิกคำขอลาที่อนุมัติแล้ว

<mark style="color:purple;">ผู้อนุมัติคำลา</mark>เลือก**เมนูหลัก** บนหน้าเมนูแชท Vannila จากนั้นเลือก**วันลาคงเหลือ**บนเมนู

เลื่อนหน้าเว็บลงมาด้านล่าง แล้วเลือก**ประวัติการอนุมัติ**&#x20;

จากนั้นทำการเลือกคำขอลาที่เคยอนุมัติ แล้วกด **:** บริเวณมุมขวาบนของคำอนุมัติ จากนั้นกด**ยกเลิกการอนุมัติ** เพื่อทำการยกเลิกคำขอลา

ระบุสาเหตุที่ต้องการยกเลิกคำขอลา แล้วกด**ดำเนินการยกเลิก** เป็นอันเสร็จสิ้นการยกเลิกการอนุมัติคำขอลาของพนักงาน ระบบ Vannila จะทำการคืนจำนวนวันลาที่ถูกยกเลิกให้พนักงานโดยอัตโนมัติ

หากหัวหน้างานยกเลิกอนุมัติคำขอลางาน จะมีการแจ้งเตือนการอนุมัติที่หน้าแชท Vannila หรือสามารถเข้าไปดูประวัติการขอลางานได้ที่เมนูแชท **เมนูหลัก > วันลาคงเหลือ > ประวัติขอลา/ประวัติยกเลิก**
